Some 40+ years ago. Currently Mitch has been operating the business since January 2011. Clair, Elda, and Virgil are deceased. The laundromat consists of: • 40 washing machines of various sizes (12, 20, 30, 60 lb) units. • 20 - 20 lb dryers. The laundromat currently provides: • For self-serve customers • A large volume of personal and industrial/oilfield drop-off laundry services. • A large number of commercial fleet accounts for both drop-off laundry and car wash services. • These fleet accounts are longstanding, billed monthly, and do not have any problem with delinquent accounts. The carwash consists of 6 stalls/3 drive-through bays set up to handle commercial, industrial and private oversized vehicles and equipment. This is the largest self-serve laundromat/carwash within 120 miles. The laundromat/car wash is located immediately east of the North Dakota State Fairgrounds and the busy intersection of County Road 19 (27th St. S.E.) and Burdick Expressway East. There is a C-Store on the corner and a Dollar General adjacent to the laundromat/car wash. The laundromat/car wash employs: • 1 full-time manager (he has expressed an interest in staying on as the manager under the new ownership) • One part-time person that does drop-off services, cleaning, and customer service. • An employee who assists with nightly car wash cleaning duties on a daily part-time basis.
